Fairfield Inn by Marriott JFK Airport

I booked this hotel for my daughter who was traveling to Nashville to meet family. The trip came about very quickly so we I booked the hotel a day in advanced. Hotel policy states that you need to be 21 on day of check in. But very helpful manager took care of that and the hotel looked after my daughter and kept her safe as she is 19. Amazing checkin, good breakfast and hotel staff went beyond in their help. JFK shuttle was full but the staff took care of that and made sure she got to the airport.

It was fine for a stay next to the airport. Very clean and confortable. And the staff was really nice

There were 4 of us in two rooms, We cannot thank Swapna Mandavia enough for how she treated us... as VIP''s. She is an exceptional general manager and an asset to the Marriott Corporation, for sure. When the hotel shuttle was not running, we were provided a complimentary Lyft ride from JFK. Also, the woman who was making waffles in the morning...well. I had to give her a generous tip because she was so positive and hard-working. It was a pleasure to see. All in all, this convenient, but awkwardly situated Fairfield Inn, is managed like a five-star hotel, so it is a pleasure to stay there.

We had to book an emergency hotel after a missed connection and loss of bags. I booked this with an hour's notice without any issue, also had an efficient free shuttle collect us from the airport (via one stop on the AirTrain from the arrivals hall) and the manager kindly gave us toothbrushes/toothpaste & bottled water when we checked in. The room was so comfortable, huge beds with super white bed linen and a fabulous shower, all looked very new and clean. The toiletries were fabulous too. There was also a free breakfast the next day and a shuttle directly back to the airport.

We look for a high standard of cleanliness and that did not disappoint. The rooms and bathroom were spotless. The general upkeep was superb. The staff and reception were attentive, welcoming and keen to satisfy. The breakfast facilities were limited but were sufficient to provide a satisfying start for the day for us. The shuttle service to and from the airport was most helpful.
